Description: Todd's most defining physical features are his green-tinted skin and long, prehensile tongue. He has a lean body and is of average height, reaching a few inches short of six feet, but he generally appears shorter due to his tendency to slouch. He has a mop of brain hair atop his head and brown eyes. His usual clothes of choice are a combination of comfort and practicality. Combat boots and leather jackets are a favorite of his.
Personality: Todd is a man that is used to being on his own. He follows his own agenda, but is quite capable of working on, and even leading, a team. He's not a human sympathizer and promotes mutant supremacy, believing that humans will never understand mutants enough to live with them in peace. With his record of homelessness and torture from the hands of humans, it's understandable enough that he's not fond of people. However, due to his lower self-esteem and the fact that he cannot hide his mutant features, he has opened the Brotherhood House as a boarding house for other out mutants. While he still doesn't have love for humans, Todd is protective of his own kind.
Powers: Besides his obvious looks, the majority of Todd's mutant abilities lies in his legs. His leg muscles are incredibly strong and enable him to leap great heights, as well as allowing him to deliver powerful kicks to enemies. In fact, his leg muscles are so developed, that it is faster for him to jump rather than run to his destinations.
He also has a prehensile tongue that extends about 25 feet. It can produce a sticky slime that Todd usually uses as a projectile. This slime he can also produce through his hands, enabling him to cling to and climb walls.
Weaknesses: One of Todd's most notable weaknesses is his loyalty, or lack of it. Generally, he's in it only for himself and has had a history of switching teams when it is convenient for him, yet he's doing his best to work on that aspect of himself. When he does find those worthy of his loyalty, he becomes dangerously loyal to them, sometimes at the cost of others or himself. His low self-esteem is also against him in the fact that he tends to at least listen to those who are kind to him.
With his mutant abilities, Todd's lower body strength is strong, but his upper body strength does not match. His arm strength is that of a normal man's his age, and even his tongue is unable to lift him up.
Skills/Hobbies: Despite his initial first appearances, Todd is actually quite intelligent, going so far as to being scientifically gifted and even having a knack for understanding alien technology. He also has heightened reflexes from living with his mutation, gaining skill in stealth and pick-pocketing.
History: Todd was abandoned at an orphanage due to his mutant looks that he doesn't even remember his parents. Growing up there, he had been the object of torment and bullies, killing his self-esteem. Due to his low self-esteem, his learning ability suffered and many believed that he was mentally slow, when in fact he was quite intelligent.
He eventually escaped the orphanage with the help of a woman named Mystique. Disguised as a teacher to the orphanage's caretakers, Mystique took Todd to Bayville, New York, where he became a member of the Brotherhood. He lived with his fellow Brotherhood members, other teenagers like he, in the Brotherhood Boarding House of Bayville. They frequently clashed with the teenaged members of the Xavier Institute, but Todd had occasionally switched sides whenever the Brotherhood appeared to be losing.
After high school, Todd traveled around, going his own way for a while until meeting up with other former Brotherhood members and working for S.H.I.E.L.D. Eventually, Todd left the government agency and made his way back to New York. He has since returned to the old boarding house, helped fix it up for the new members, and took on the job of janitor at the local high school to make extra money.
It's not the glamorous life that Todd always wanted, but he figures he may as well make it work.
First Appearance Scene: Exempt.
